What is the difference between the Free Plan and the free trial?
The Free Plan covers up to 5 employees for the first 12 months and has an annual renewal fee afterward. The free trial lasts 10 weeks and supports up to 99 employees.
Do I need payment details to start?
No. Payment details are not required to register for the 12-month Free Plan or the 10-week free trial.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Registered employers can select a larger package from Settings and then Upgrades without creating a new account.
Does Harvester support Zambia payroll requirements?
Harvester includes settings and workflows for Zambia PAYE, NAPSA and NHIMA, together with payslips and payroll reports.
Is an offline edition available?
Yes. Harvester also offers an offline Windows edition for organisations that need local payroll processing or have limited connectivity.
Can an employee register here to receive a payslip?
No. Registration is for companies and employers. Employees should contact their employer or payroll administrator for payslip access.
